Customer Service Course

This course is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the basic skills and attitudes personnel should possess or use to improve their telephone efficiency. Participants will learn how to listen effectively, handle incoming calls in the correct manner, how to make outgoing calls and handle objections, understand what is body language, how to use positive gestures to show interest, and how to handle difficult customers/suppliers/colleagues.
