House Rules :
- Please join the meeting with your Name, Designation & Company Name as the User Name. This will help us in identifying you and admitting you into the meeting room. For example if your Name is Sunil, Designation is Manager and Company Name is Reliance, please put user name as “Sunil Manager Reliance”
- Please enter with your mic in the Mute mode.
- All mics except those of the guest speakers will be muted during the presentations / interactions with the expert panelists.
- Please reserve your questions / comments and observations for the open house (Q&A) and ask through the Chat, the mic will be unmuted for the Q&A. In order to avoid echo and audio disturbance we suggest the use of Earphones/Headphones with mic.
- Request to keep the video on to enable max. interaction and networking. Special request to use Zoom on Laptop as movements on video disturb other participants.
- In case of any technical issues please try to login and log out.
- The moderator will try to include all questions but may be constrained by time.
- The session will be recorded and the recordings after edits shall be shared on our YouTube Channel and the social media.
